Hello, I'm Adam Conaway

 

 

     I am a lifelong learning advocate with over 10 years of experience in learning and development with a proven track record of working with stakeholders to design and implement innovative learning and development solutions. Additionally, I have extensive experience in delivering face-to-face and remote training to groups of all sizes in a wide variety of environments.

 

    I believe in the science of learning and develop my content based on the best learning theories for the situation. I have experience designing and developing learning based on the ADDIE and SAM development models. I leverage Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation to improve the learners' experience and learning outcomes constantly.

 

    On a personal note, I am a Navy veteran who was given an amazing opportunity to travel the world and experience the wonders of other cultures, which has broadened my definition of learning and what it means to be a global citizen.
